At the GAJSC’s first meeting in 2016, the committee reviewed the FY16 general aviation (GA) safety performance data. A slide presentation on the FY16 data has been added to the Document Center. The committee also reviewed updates to the GAJSC Pareto chart to help the committee identify target areas for future work:
The GAJSC met on Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Washington, DC. Currently, the committee is evaluating previous work and looking ahead to future projects. The GAJSC reviewed fatal accident data for the previous year. The committee also discussed the status of ongoing work under its Safety Enhancements and received an FAA briefing on the agency’s new compliance philosophy. […]
